Sleepy Oli

Oli is a 1.5 year old golden retriever. He is quite big for his breed (92 pounds!), but is just a big baby. He is a typical golden boy: sweet, playful, loving, athletic and very naughty. He loves to swim, play with his doggy friends and his many sqeaky toys, and terrorize his cat siblings (although they are equally mean to him).

We've always had cats, and I decided that we should get a dog as well. My boyfriend was hesitant, but when I brought him home for a few hour test (for the benefit of the cats) he fell madly in love him. As did I.

Oli is a wonderful boy. He is spoiled to death with toys, treats, attention and exercise, but he deserves it. He greets us when we come home from work (always with a toy or shoe in his mouth) where he wiggles and cries until he gets his fill of attention and to make us feel guilty for leaving him alone for so long.

He has changed the entire dynamic of our lives and we are so thankful that we were able to have him in our lives.
