Lucia is a very fun loving and sweet girl. She's my little mexican chica...because she's a chihuahua. Sometimes she thinks she's a cat because her sister and brother are cats. They all love to play but sometimes she just wants mommy to herself on the couch. She's definitely a spoiled princess :)
