Bad Dog

My name is Enzo and I'm a fun-loving 5 year old American Bulldog. I hate to dress up, but Mom made him put on this silly Halloween costume because it was my birthday too. She promised not to ever make me wear it again, but she lied.

She laughs and laughs when I wear it. I love to entertain my people with my hilarious antics and big smile. I have lots of cool friends that come by to see me all the time because I have a big back yard. We always go on hikes and our people take us to the beach all the time. I've even tried surfing, but I'm scared of sharks...and seaweed (shhhhh don't tell anyone) so I don't think I'll try that again. My favorite thing to do at the beach is roll on anything stinky and then give Mom a big kiss and share my new smell.

I work at the fire station with my dad and I don't get to go on any calls, but I get really excited and mimic the sirens when I watch my Dad start up the engine and drive off to save lives. My job at the station is to protect it while my crew is on a call, but my favorite job is to do lick all the plates clean before they go in the dishwasher. I've figured out some really good begging routines and no one can resist the pathetic look I've mastered.

Mom takes me on 5 mile runs 3 times a week. I LOVE going on runs and as soon as I see Mom put her shoes on I knows the fun is about to begin. Mom loves going on runs with me because I'm 85 pounds of pure muscle, and she always thanks me with some rubs after I pull her up the hills. My people say I have a special gift at making people happy and no one can resist my big-toothed grin. Ya, I'm hot!
