Buddy

I think Buddy is a good Golden Retriever name because it is a very good companion dog and seems he is your best buddy. Also, in many movies like the Snow Buddies and Air Bud, they all include Golden Retrievers named Buddy. I think Buddy is also easy for old people to call because it doesn't have the "L's: or "R's" to make them tumble. It is very natural and easy. It is not complicated like... maybe Tyrannosaurus (which is not a name). I think dog names should be easy to call so they best should have one syllable. But easy-to-call names can be two syllables. Don't make it too hard to call or else you will get tired of calling your dog six syllables every single time and day!
